Yoga & Meditation

Our primary yoga sessions teach a holistic way of life that integrates all elements of Yoga, making a prayerful discipline that unites the body, mind and soul. Along with the series of simple, yet effective yoga postures and breathing techniques, a greater emphasis is placed on the experience of meditation, and practical yoga philosophy.

At Soldier Youth Foundation, our meditation session brings down the mental frequency reducing stress hormones which enhances brain function & mental clarity. Students are able to harness the full potential of the mind which increases optimism and positive vibrations and enables them to attract abundance and success.
